    Question DB2 is easier to use than Oracle?

    Just stumbled upon the following report from Triton Consulting...

    The jist of it is that DB2 V9.7 is wayyy easier to use than Oracle for

    - installation
    - data compression
    - index compression
    - backup and recovery
    - automatic memory mgmt
    - authorisation

    I knew DB2 was on the up-and-up, but...
