Unanswered: Email when a field is updated?

I'm new to the forum here and relatively new to Access (though I have some experience working with other databases programs) and have a question regarding using the "DoCmd.SendObject acSendNoObject" command...basically, what I want to do is generate a basic notification email when the date (actually, there are two different date fields I want to use this on) of a record changes/is updated. The email address is embedded in the record as well in another field. Is there an easy way to do this?

    Thanks a bunch in advance!

One can put the docmd task in the AfterUpdate of a control/textbox.

I believe that would be what you seek.
