    Exclamation Unanswered: Count the number of cell with true value returned by IF func....

    Hello,

    I have a column which uses "IF" function to determine true or false of a particular condition. I want to know how many number of cells in that column has value "true", I can get the value by adding filter to the column but its not that i want, I need to display the number of cell in a particular cell.. please help me with this.. Please reply to this as soon as possible...

    =Countif(Range,crit) so =countif(a1:a400,"=TRUE")

    or
    you could change the "true" 1 and false to 0 then you could just sum it

    Changing the value to 1 and 0 helped me, thanks a lot...!!
