We currently have a full time position for a Senior Siebel Business Analyst with one of our top tier clients in Orlando, FL.

This position is situated in the regional Business Applications Services and Solutions group with the purpose of adding value to the Siebel applications and the business through your extensive specialist knowledge, through knowledge of integration with other applications, and through constructive teamwork with the business and other IS teams around the world.
Required qualifications and experience
Bachelors Degree, ideally in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant business field
3+ years Business Analysis in Siebel or a similar CRM environment
Experience providing systems support in direct contact with users to solve issues with business applications
Experience working in a global implementation of Siebel (version 7 or 8 preferred) with some Project Management (or understanding of key principles of Project Management) or work scheduling experience
Global business reach, including working remotely with globally scattered users and IS teams, including external partners
Working in a service business with a sophisticated supply chain is desirable
Quality assurance responsibility after development is complete and signoff on solution provided meets the customer expectations
Skills and knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present difficult concepts in understandable terms to all levels in the organization. Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, reasoning and assessment skills
Requirements planning and management: gathering, analysis, documentation and implementation
Ability to integrate systems capabilities with business needs where potentially the degree of customization required is above industry benchmark levels
Good knowledge of troubleshooting issues. Understanding of latest technological solutions for CRMs and IT at large
Demonstrated work planning and prioritization skills for a small group
MS Office tools, to advanced user level
Extensive testing experience using automated testing tools such as LiveCompare, FocusFrame, Worksoft, etc.
Knowledge of integration between SAP and Siebel using idocs and interfaces
Experience in European or American or Oceanic/Asian business systems
Enough technical understanding to aid problem-solving, providing specifications and performance of testing
Six Sigma methodologies or other structured quality tools
