I have a dilema. I have SQL 2008 R2 Standard. I created a report using report builder 3.0 and need to e-mail it off to several persons. I know I can create a subscription to do this but I will lose management on who is getting the reports. I would appreciate any suggestions. Below is what I would like to be able to do:
1. Create a Job to run a report for bob.
2. Create a job to run a report for dave.
3. Create a job to run multiple reports for gene.
Multiple agencies will be getting my reports. I would like to create a job for each agency so I can keep track of what reports they are getting and what e-mail addresses they are going too.
Think I may have found a solution. In Management studio I connected to the reporting services and created a shared schedules which I can create one for each agency then connect the subscription to the Shared Schedules.
