    Unanswered: Does SQLServer have an equivalent to DB2's Purescale?

    Hi, does SQLServer have an equivalent to DB2's Purescale and what is it called?

    Hi, Currently SQL Server does not have anything like purescale. It won't be quite the same, but with SQL Server code name "Denali" which currently is under development, there will be support for database mirroring with multiple mirrors, and each mirror should according to rumors be available for retrieving data, but not writing.
