    interesting use of dots .......
do they impart special knowledge that I am not tuned to receive?
Exactly what RATE & OUTPUT value should exist in new/change row?
What happens to previously existing rows after producing desired results?
I am sure you understand my confusion ........

Realize everyone here speaks SQL so feel free to use it for future posts here.
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
