Unanswered: Date filtering based on two text boxes
I am working with office 2007 and i have designed a form which should be able to allow the user to enter or select(from calendar which is automatically generated) a start and end date from two textboxes as seen in the attachment. The names for the boxes are 'Beginning Period' and 'Ending Period' respectively.
Would it be better to have the data filtered between these dates before generating the report following the selection of the remaining parameters?
And what would be the code to apply the filtering to a table known as 'tblSampleData' and where should it be included? Logically i would expect to be 'AfterUpdate' event of the 'Ending Period', but i am very inexperienced developing forms and vba code in access.
