    Unanswered: Consuming Web Service From DB2 database

    Hi All,
    I am using DB2 V9.1 and i have to consume Web Service using Trigger . I have one table with set of tables . I have created Trigger on a column on my table which bascially calls a function(UDF).using this UDF i need to consume Any Web Service . Please guide me

    Basically, you create a DB2 UDF using the WSDL. Once the UDF is created, then it is like calling any other DB2 function.

    SOAPHTTPV Error

    Hi , I am invoking below SQL Command

    SELECT DB2XML.SOAPHTTPV('http://CMS-ACEPC145063:9080/HelloServiceWeb/sca/HelloServiceExport1','','<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:hel="http://HelloService/HelloService">' CONCAT '<soapenv:Body>' CONCAT '<helperation1><input1>asd</input1></helperation1>' CONCAT '</soapenv:Body>' CONCAT '</soapenv:Envelope>')
    FROM SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1

    once i execute this i am getting this error

    SQL0443N Routine "SOAPHTTPV" (specific name "*PVIVO") has returned an error
    SQLSTATE with diagnostic text "Could not create a converter for encoding:
    IBM-1252 ". SQLSTATE=38318
