    Unanswered: Db2 v9.1 aix

Are there any AIX or DB2 commands that can be used to determine how much CPU and RAM a specific Application ID is using or better yet, the top x Application ID's CPU and RAM usage?

From the OS side, you can also use "ps aux" (RSS column for private memory used by the coordinator agent / subagents associated with the appl).
