    Unanswered: DB2 Restore Command error

    Dear All,
    i have installed db2 on suselinux but could not work restore command could you please give me the reference.

    you are restoring a database to a path that does not exist on this system or is in use
    try redirected restore : see

    your backup image is having same database name but might be different directory structure i.e. datafile locations which you don't have in existing database which is having same name. Thats is why you are getting bas container path.

    Just go for Redirect Restore ... it will work..
