    Unanswered: Count on multiple columns

I have a table that includes an Incident column, a Program column, 3 Staff columns and 3 Qualifications columns related to those staff. I need to find out how many staff are missing qualifications and group it by Qualification and Program. I'm not sure how to set this up as I need to search all 3 Qualifications columns and count the Staff that match. The staff may show up in different columns in each Incident, but I only want to count them once.

I don't mean to sound clipped, but your table is not normalized. Read up in the Help file about data normalization. If you re-structure your table correctly, your question will go away.
