    Unanswered: Add special char in a column

    hi,
    i have a column in my table its datatype is varchar and its value like o31456789ABCDEF2d and in this column first 12 char are number after that alphabets and number
    iwant to out put like

    012345678956$ABCDEF2d means that after 12 char i want to add $ sign in my column

    UPDATE along with SUBSTR and concatenation operator would do the job.
