    This is not a procedure - this is an unreadable mess. You should have enclosed it into the CODE tags which would preserve formatting; of course, you also need to FORMAT the code (indent it so that it is easy to follow).

    Furthermore, saying that you need help in order to fix "errors", you should say which errors exactly. How are we supposed to know what's wrong? We don't have your tables so we can't run your code.

    What I see is that you used asterisks for comments - well, that's wrong. The whole block is commented by
    Code:
    some_code_here;
    /* begin comment
       some more comment
       end of comment
    */
    or - for a single line
    Code:
    -- this is one line comment
    .
    Moreover, your code ends with a COMMIT. Should end with END.

    You can't CREATE TABLE in a PL/SQL block like that. You shouldn't create tables in PL/SQL at all - create them once, use many times. If you insist on DDL in PL/SQL, you need to use dynamic SQL (EXECUTE IMMEDIATE).

    Also, you COMMIT too many times. A procedure (generally speaking) shouldn't commit at all - its caller should do that.

    Quite a lot of wrong stuff here; perhaps you should try with something simpler? Did you study PL/SQL User's Guide and Reference and Application Developer's Guide - Fundamentals books?

    What does that mean? Does your code compile, runs, but produces results you don't like? Or does it not compile at all and throws one (or many) ORA-XXXXX errors? If so, which one(s)?

    You still didn't format the code. It is very difficult to read it.

    since we don't have your tables & data, we can't run posted code.
    ALTER SESSION SET SQL_TRACE=TRUE;
    do above prior to invoking posted code to see when time is being spent.
