Unanswered: Need help in converting the data inserted using ISM into a UTF-8 charset database
I need some help from all regarding ISM. We have one requirement where we need to migrate an existing system which has used CDAC's ISM tool and stored the data into the database. We want to migrate that data to another database which is of UTF-8 charset.
I am not sure if the data stored in the existing database can be just imported into the UTF-8 charset database or not. If not, how do i convert the existing data inserted using ISM into a UTF-8 data?
If anyone can help me out, that would be great. Even if anyone has any tools which we can use to convert the ISM data to UTF-8 that should also be fine with us

OK. I give up.
What is "CDAC"?
What is "ISM tool"?
what does any of this have to do with Oracle RDBMS?
which Oracle version is source DB & which Oracle version is target DB?You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
