    Unanswered: Hiding text boxes

    I have used the following code to hide a text box unless a check box is ticked;

    Private Sub Check28_AfterUpdate()

    Me.PA_Agency.Visible = Me.Check28

    End Sub

    However my form is continuous and once it has been ticked once it displays on all further pages. How do I go about hiding them for each record?

    You can't. This is because there is a single object called PA_Agency accessible from your application. The nearest solution I can imagine would use the conditional format features to assign the same back and fore colours to "hide" the control on an individual basis in the continuous form. But this would not actually make the control invisible, it would still be accessible.
    Have a nice day!
