Background:


As the project moves into the implementation stage, additional support is required for the Business Applications Function. More emphasis is being placed on visibility for our clients during implementations. A six-work stream implementation kit has been constructed to guide the implementation process by training client contacts on the components and guiding them through the decisions that need to be made. This need now requires a dedicated resource.

Mandatory:
The Implementation Liaison / Trainer will be responsible for the following:

Implementation

Provide project overviews to client service teams
Provide implementation methodology overview to client service teams.
Assist client service teams in preparing for the client implementation engagement.
Provide overview to clients during implementation kick-off meetings.
Coordinate implementation meetings with clients and client service teams.
Guide clients and client service teams through the implementation methodology assisting them in identifying resources, gathering information, coordinating configuration implementations with the BA implementation team, and obtaining sign-offs for each workstream.
Production

Track help desk tickets to assist the implementation team in prioritizing future enhancements.
Communicating enhancements to clients and client service teams.
Position Requirements:

Previous training and implementation support experience
Prefer someone with very strong client / customer facing skills
Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
Prefer someone with good working knowledge in Lotus Notes and SharePoint
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand business process concepts
Able and willing to travel up to 50%

Background:


Moving into implementation stage, additional support is required for the Business Applications Function. As a higher volume of sites will need to be configured and maintained, the project will need two additional support staff members to carry out the anticipated configuration tasks.

Mandatory:
The Implementation Configuration Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Inserting and formatting documents in an MS Sharepoint content database for display on IHPs as instructed by the implementation manager.
Configuring user security roles as defined by the implementation liaison and / or implementation manager
Configuring template emails for the registration process as defined by the implementation liaison and implementation manager
Creating or editing simple fact gathering panels as specified by the implementation liaison and / or implementation manger
Configuring site appearances (colors, logos, field listings) as specified by implementation liaison and / or implementation manager
Position Requirements:

Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to learn new applications / concepts quickly
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Prefer someone with very strong client / customer facing skills
Prefer someone with knowledge in Lotus Notes
Prefer someone with working knowledge of SharePoint
Able and willing to travel on a limited basis.
