Unanswered: Make access look like "Not Access"

I once got a couple samples from either pbaldy or healdem concerning having an access application launch with no indication that it was access and the startup form being the only thing visible- no title bar no menu - the sample also had ways to round buttons , etc. Any help on this would be great.

more likely pbaldy, when I do Access tuff Im usually paid to do Access stuf so I prefer to make it obvious its access stuff.

I also prefer leaving all the knobs, bells and whistles int he application as Im sure there's otherways to use the application that I haven't thought of or decided were unimportant that come as part of the rest of Access (eg filter by example). Im a great believer in letting users benefit from the inbuilt techniques, and save me time and customers money

however I guess what you really want is to turn off the menus
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

Just so nobody waits on me, I'm like healdem. I don't care if it looks like Access. I may add a toolbar or something, but I don't mess with the application window.

I should have added that I've seen it done, I just don't do it myself:
