    Unanswered: Carriage return in View definition

    Hi.

    I have issue with view definition.
    I created view

    Code:
    create view A37A3 AS
    select
     1 a,
            2 b,
        3 c
    from       sysibm.sysdummy1;
    As you see there a lot of \r\n (carriage return) in the body of View. Everything is fine, but when i try to get definition from system catalog

    Code:
    select * from SYSCAT.views where VIEWNAME = 'A37A3';
    all my \r\n disappear:

    Code:
    create view A37A3 AS  select   1 a,          2 b,      3 c  from       sysibm.sysdummy1
    Have any idea to get back my carriage return?
    Thanks in advance!

    If I were you, I would forget about cr/lf and find a SQL Formatter. There are some free ones on the internet.
