Unanswered: dB Mirroring: Time required to create snapshot of mirror db

    Hello All:

I would like to know what all factors affect the time taken to create the snapshot of a mirror database.
    Cheers....

Size of the database. Speed of your hardware.
    Of course.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

Please note that a database snapshot's size is very low when you create it even when the database's size is several GBs. It grows as and when changes are made to the parent database.
