Unanswered: Permissions issue with create stored proc

Has anyone hit a situation where a user id is created and available on AIX (5.3) in a specified group. The group has been assigned correct permissions for select, insert, update, delete on tables in midrange db2 version 9.5 fp4 plus schema permissions but inidividual rights have not been granted.
When the user attempts to create the sql stored proc they hit a -551 on the table access of each table accessed. A direct sql execution against the same table with the same id works just fine but from within the create stored proc it fails each time. It appears that the create stored proc is not utilizing the user group!

    Please help!
