    Unanswered: Sort order of list box

    Please forgive my ignorance I am just learning access. I'm creating a database with employee records in it. I created a form called employeeentry which is the primary form used to view, edit and enter employees. To navigate to other employees I created a listbox in the margin of the form and one click goes to that record. The difficulty is that they are employee ID order (not part of the list box) instead of last name. I can't find a way to sort by last name. Could someone please advise?
    Thanks in advance,

    In the RowSource property of the ListBox:
    SELECT ID, FirstName, LastName, blah... FROM Tbl_Employee ORDER BY LastName;
    Have a nice day!
