    Unanswered: [b]pls pls help to sum in report using vba code[/b]

    i have attached a file which contains filed

    field names : statuscer, dummy1, dummy4 AND .....

    data containing in statuscer is
    OK
    NG
    CA
    SCRAP
    PENDING
    BREAK DOWN
    MISSING


    should be counted based on the dummy4 filed which has years
    2010
    2011
    2012 ...


    and dummy1 field which has months
    jan
    feb
    mar ....

    and a report should be generated by year 2010 jan month ok =? , ng=? .... which is in statuscer field

    AND WITH THE HELP SINNDHO I GOT TO GET CONSODILATE REPORT

    now what i get is based only statuscer field IN THE QUERY WITH THE HELP OF MIKE THE BIKE

    This is the correction made

    In the query that the form is based on add a new field like this

    OK_Count:IIF([STATUSCER]="ok",1,0)

    Then in the relevant form text box use =Sum([OK_Count])

    Repeat for "ng" and "ca"

    but how to generate using vba code first year wise then month then statuscer

    i have attached the mdb file can any one help pls help sorry to trouble
