    Unanswered: unable to create multi account report

    am new to micorosoft excel and take a course for a month . i develop my own company database but unable to complete the database. please help me in the following.

    i want to create multiple accounts based data base but only single entry. each entry must go to its dependent account according to the primary key (account name ). how to do this ?

    and each account have its own total and balance display.

    Mistake ....

    Sorry new to microsoft Access. but already my solution is in excel . i use this excel for more then 1 year.

    problem in excel is need to entry and calculate manually on different accounts
