Unanswered: Choosing xls file/worksheet to import into access

I have a 2003 Access Database. I need to be able to prompt my user to select which Excel (.xls) file AND worksheet they want to import into the database. I have successfully gotten as far as writing code to import a specific .xls file and worksheet BUT the boss needs to be able to import different .xls files and worksheets.

He is looking for a FORM? where he can browse for the .xls file and enter the name of the worksheet within the file... hit submit and the append query does the rest. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

consider using a file dialog object in vba
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
