    Unhappy Unanswered: this is a million bucks question to me

    Please can anyone tell me about the difference Oracle 9i and Oracle 10g. I am planning to take OCA certification exam please tell me which path is good 9i or 10g. which is having bright future ? please solve my problem

    9i is old 10g is newer, 11g is a current version

    Differences (actually, new features) are described in the New Features Guide that comes with every new version. Here's the documentation page - navigate to a version you are interested in, and read it.

    you can see on the number
    9i the old one have internet features
    10g have grid features, you could have multi servers with many disk on each server.

    for me, OCA for 10g would be better..but you can do the 11g also..
    just do browsing alot, you`ll find sample exam questions
