Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Designs, develops, implements, and maintains complex business, accounting, and management information systems utilizing Serena Business Mashups. Analyzes detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution. Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Provides input into the creation of system documentation. Assists users in the operation of the application. Provides guidance to less experienced programmer/analysts.
