Unanswered: Need help with replication (Publication and Subscription)

    Hi,

I have a SQL Script for replication and I want to run it via vbscript but I'm gettting error "Could not find stored procedure 'yp'". I dont have this stored procedure at all and moreover, since I'm trying to create a replication, I should not be getting this error.

    Please suggest.

    Thanks
    Vishwakarma

This could be a mismatch of how the SQL script is stored, and how the VB script reads it. Is the SQL script stored in Unicode? And is the SQL script in the VB script, or is it being read from a file, then run by the VB script?

I have seen similar problems before, but with letters that look like "yp" bat are actually unicode characters from the old english alphabet. Thorn and .... OK, I forget the other one.
