    Unanswered: how to pass multiple table in trigger

    hi frnd...

    i have a prablem and unable to solve it....
    can any one tell me that how i can pass multiple table name in the trigger for updation of each row....
    for exaple..


    create or replace trigger TRG_UPDATED_IFM_UESR
    after update on address,address_det,emp_mstr

    declare
    -- local variables here
    begin
    dbms_output.put_line('vishwas');
    some logic.....
    end;

    here after updation i passed three table name and this was wrong.
    can any one suggest me...how i can do this...
    and also how i can pass a parameter in the trigger.

    Read the manual about the CREATE TRIGGER statement. It's all documented there.

    (In a nutshell: that is not possible)

    You can't do that in a trigger. However, if it's the same code, you may create a stored procedure and 3 triggers and call the SP from each trigger.
