    Duplicate record handling...

    Hi,

I have a question regarding the duplicate records handling. We are in the process of creating master index table for which we get the data from 4 different systems. What we plan to do is to merge the data (clean the data, and de dupe the data) and load the master index table. But we would like to flow the merged master data to the down stream system (4 systems from where we got the data) and update the record with the master data record.. How do we handle this? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Thanks

You'll need to identify a unique natural key for the datasets, in order to records in the master table to records in you source tables.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.
