    Unanswered: insert into a table from sysibm view but at the same time we have to insert the time

    Hi Guys,,

    can any one help me out ?

    i need to insert values from sysibmadm.dbcfg to a table with the current timestamp. previously i had the same columns as the sys view . But i need to insert the timestamp also (where the coulumn was not defined in the view.

    create table xx as sysibmadm.dbcfg with additional column
    insert into xx select col1,col2....,current timestamp from sysibmadm.dbcfg
