Unanswered: How to find Super Permission user for database?

I have installed db2 on windows system and default sample database is created on installation but when I tried to select any table from sample database, it show permission issue.
I tried to assign permission to user which I created on windows with administration permission but It also show permission issue.

I want to know how to control all database on single instance from single administration account.

And how to find super user for database ?

    sysadmin is the highest authority
in 9.7 some rules have changed and dba and sysadmin can not by default access all data
see options when granting dba or other in infocenter
GRANT (database authorities) - IBM DB2 9.7 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.

You mean user name "sysadmin" is highest authority of user on instance.

do first some reading on DB2 and authorities and you will find out that sysadmin is not a physical userid
and I even point you to the correct page - so you don't have to search .. so easy..
