Unanswered: IF & DECLARE statements inside a stored procedure

    Hi all

I'm trying to create some IF & DECLARE statements inside stored procedures
and I keep getting error (which are not very helpful).
I even copied samples from books and websites and they didn't work as well.
    I'm using mysql version 5.5.16.

I would much appreciate any help on this.

    Thank you
    Shahar

Not so sure about that but without any type of feedback it is not very clear as to the source of the problem. My take is that the DELIMITER has not been set properly and each line is causing an error.
