Unanswered: Email report automatically on a weekly basis

I have a report with a bunch of ReTrain Dates for each employees. Some are in the next 30 days, 60 days, etc.

I have a macro button now that when you click on it, it emails the report to all the supervisors, but only onclick.

Is there a way to generate the macro to automatically send the report via email on a weekly or monthy basis to the supervisors without clicking on a button?
    Thanks in advance!

    yes
consider running a copy of Access at a pre set time using the windows scheduler.

open that copy of the access application using the command line switch to specify the application the macro and so on
How to use command-line switches in Microsoft Access

you can specify what workgroup and god knows what else

bear in mind any process will have to run without any user intervention so you might need to consider what error handling you use, any process logging (so you knwo what has been done or sent) and if the application makes changes to the db how you will handle data recovery
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
