Job Title: Entry Level Technical Analyst/System Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN and KC (2 Different positions)
Duration: Long Term
Rate:$35/Hr on C2C/1099 all INC.

We will need an Analyst in Nashville, TN AND in KC. The Technical Analysts I role is to research, plan, and design, enhance, implement and launch system. This includes defining scope and benefits, gathering requirements and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Sr. Technical Analysts typically work complex projects that last more than four months in duration. The Technical Analyst I may or may not have the responsibility to perform project management functions depending upon project size and scope. The Technical Analyst I is also responsible for defining and monitoring processes, mentoring new Analysts and providing consultative support to the Customer Care organization on best-in-breed operations. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
? Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define. Business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals.
? Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
? Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
? Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making decisions.
? Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
? Work in partnership with users to prioritize features and adjust scope to meet timelines and budgets.
? Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers of custom and packaged code.
? Complete required documentation to ensure a quality deliverable is provided on-time and in-budget
? Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
? Manage smaller projects, as requested, producing project management artifacts such as a project schedule, an issues log and a risk logs
? Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house technology.
? Coordinate with internal and offshore development, testing, infrastructure and database management resources to support the deployment of third party packaged applications, custom-developed stand-alone applications and enhancements to existing solutions.
? Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of contact center strategies.
? Contribute suggestions to improve existing IT processes

College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, management information systems or telecommunications and 5 years related work experience. ? Proven experience in supervising the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products in multi-site customer service operations in the insurance, telecommunications, wireless and/or software industries. ? Experience Project Managing small to medium sized projects. Some hands-on IT development experience is a plus. ? Experience with integration of a best-in-breed Contact Center software packages into a multi-vendor business environment, (i.e., Avaya, Cisco ICM, IVR, E-Talk, Aspect eWFM) and an understanding of user requirements for these packages. ? Experience working in a contact center is a plus. Experience in contact centers consulting is also a plus. ? Working knowledge of IT development and support methodologies, Services Oriented Architecture and database structures. ? Working knowledge of current network connectivity, protocols, and standards, including security, user rights assignment, and standard company policy. ? Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts (Ability to use VISO required). ? Demonstrated project management skills. ? Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. ? Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. ? Excellent written and oral communication skills. ? Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. ? Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail. ? Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. ?
