Unanswered: How to save an xsl file into CLOB column

Hi, I am using VB.Net and Oracle.
I need to write a stored procedure where I can pass the physical path of the xsl file as input param and the proc needs to store this file in my table in a CLOB column.

    Can you please help ?

the flavor/type of client is 100% not relevant.
Oracle RDBMS does not know or care about anything about client.

XSL file must reside on DB Server. Will this always be true?
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.

For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
