Unanswered: Change built-in error messaege 3022

    Hello,

I wonder if someone can help me with a problem. I know that I can to turn off the built-in error message when a record is causing duplicate and replace it with my own error message in the form by using the "on error" event, but I want to get error message when I leave the field not after I have saved the record. How can I get it to error message to appear when I go to the next field?

    Best regards

    Look at "DemoDupliNHSA2000.mdb" (attachment, zip).
    Open Form1 and try.

Sorry I make me misunderstood, the problem is that I get the error message when I try to open the file in winzip. I get the message "Can not open file: it does not Appears to Be avalid archive". then winzip open with no files
