Unanswered: Access 97 Runtime - There isn't enough memory to start

We have an application running in MSAccess 97 Runtime. One user started getting this error message about 3 weeks ago

"A system error occurred, or there isn't enough free memory to start . Close unneeded programs and try again."

The OS is Windows 7, 64bit, with 4GB RAM

There is indication online that Access97 SP2 will resolve this, but because it's a Runtime Installation, the Service Pack refuses to install.

Does anyone know specifically which file(s) are the trouble? Or know how to run the service pack without having MSOffice or MSAccess installed?

    Thank you,

    Terry

more likely to be a 32/64bit problem in my books
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
