I have no idea what Text Analytic is. Are you trying to import email content into a sql server database?

I wrote an extractor of all emails from my multiple outlook pst files to load them into a database. Had to play a lot with various object types that Outlook framework contains. Recently modified the database side methods (procedures) to perform an incremental load. It's a task, but very doable.

Hmmm. For Outlook you might need to do something along the lines the rdjabarov suggested. Are you just worried about your email or everything on the excahnge server for the enterprise? (I am assuming we are talking about an exchange server). As for extracting web mail from the internet, you are going to need to do something called "page scraping" <google it>, and you are going to need login credentials for every account you wish to access. My webmail and my out look are pretty easily searchable at the moment, so for me this does not make sense as a personal project and I am trying to get my head around your business objective. Android Phones have a unified mailbox feature which is just an email client that accesses all of your accounts. Is that what you are after?
