    Question Unanswered: db2 force applications all

    Hi,
    i am using this command,
    db2 force application all... before i go for backup operation.

    but my connections are still active.. when i run the backup command, it ends up with db is currently in use.

    what could be the problem.. ?

    this is not a problem
    look at this command
    QUIESCE command

    or use online backup..

    You application tier is reconnecting faster than you can cancel them.
