    Unanswered: Problem with Database Manager

    Hello ebery one,

A few days ago i've installed DB2 on my pc (local). At installation time he has created a new user account on my windows machine, called db2admin.

Than i realized being able to work on database also from my normal account, and i've deleted db2admin account.

Now i cannot start the databse. When i open the Control Center and try to load tables i see this message:

[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL1032N No start command send to Database Manager. SQLSTATE=57019

If i write db2start on CLI with admin rights:

SQL1397N System was unable to connect.

I've also tried to re-create db2admin with the same password, but doesn't work...how can i do?

    Thanks a lot

Go to Services and change the DB2 service login ID from db2admin to Local Service (SYSTEM). That might help.

Define "doesn't work". Did you turn your computer on?
