Unanswered: connected remote catalog database not in 'list active database', why?

I don't understand why the connected remote catalog database not in 'list active database'?
1, catalog the remote DB here
2, list db directory, the remote DB in the list
3, connect to this DB successful
4, list active databases, this remote catalog DB is not in the 'list active databases'
Please help me to clarify it. Thanks

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
