Question Unanswered: Ability to Auto-Populate fields based on another field

Hi. I'm fairly new to Access. I am using Access 2010. I have a form with a field called Chapter_Name and another field called Chapter_No.

When the user opens this form for the first time they might see a bunch of rows for Chapter_No 00, another bunch for Chapter_No 01 etc, with no Chapter_Name populated yet. Is it possible for them to add the first Chapter_Name for Chapter_No 00 and once that is populated it automatically populates the other chapter names for rows with Chapter_No 00, and so on for other Chapter_No's?

I realise there are probably other better ways to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks heaps
