here's what i was asked to try to figure out:
i need to link existing students with classes that they still need to take for their degree.

when a student is selected, all the courses still needed are available to view
(the goal is for this to be automated in some fashion)

it's been awhile since i've used access so this is what i think i need
(at least to start with)

tables containing student info/degree program/courses required for the degree program/electives

i have searched but haven't managed to find anything.

can this be accomplished in access?

(seems like i found something utilizing SQL but it wasn't what i needed. the concept appeared to be correct but i wasn't 100% sure)
