    Exclamation Unanswered: retrieving dynamic informaiton from tables

    Hi I need desprate help.
    using oracle sql developer 2.1.1.64 and c#, performance is very important!!
    I need to retrieve informaiton (xml or string)
    there are tests and appeals for tests
    I need to retrieve or by test number - details of the test +appeals if exist
    or by id all tests + appeals.
    what is the best way to go about this?
    (cursors,arrays,ready string of informaiton frm db,reader......)
    please give me your proffesional advices/

    Perhaps you could start by coding a SQL query that retrieves the data from the database?
