Unanswered: problem increasing ASLHEAPSZ in new 9.7 instance

I am it the process of updrading a 9.1 database to 9.7. I created a new instance for the upgraded datbase on a new server, so has many default values. I'm trying to update ASLHEAPSZ from 15 to 1024 so it matches or current production environment.

When I executed "db2 update dbm cfg using ASLHEAPSZ 1024"

I get the following: SQL5153N The update cannot be completed because the following relationship
would be violated: "query_heap_sz >= aslheapsz".

I see where query_heap_sz was removed from 9.7, but I do not know how I can increase ASLHEAPSZ if I can't see or change the QUERY_HEAP_SZ parameter.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

Though QUERY_HEAP_SZ is deprecated, it is still accepted, which will allow you to set it to a value that's suitable for your ASLHEAPSZ. I agree this is strange but it seems to work.
