Question Unanswered: Reason and Solutions for "Ora-01033 Oracle initialization or Shutdown process"

What is the actual reason for "Ora-01033" Error.

On the Same Oracel server my other Database are working fine. But only one data base has this problem.
I tried to Connect by sysdba but it's giving same Error.

How to Fix it without touch any other database.
If that database crash then how it can recover on the other database.

You can force a restart of the database by stopping & restarting the windows service (OracleService<db_name>).

As to why the error occurred, you'll need to examine the logs.

what additional clues exist with alert_SID.log file?
