    Unanswered: Access 2007 date range to appear on a report

    Hi

    I've created a summary report for quotes entered by our Sales team, to run the report the user must enter the start and end dates this is OK (this comes from the query). But I need the date range entered to appear on the report.

    Many Thanks in Advance my access knowledge has got a bit rusty

    Are you using the date range as parameters in the query?

    If so, one way to do it is to have the user enter the dates into a form, and use those fields as both the query parameters and the date range fields on the report.

    Hi Chris

    I was just using a criteria in query for user to enter start and end dates. I have now entered an inputparameter and enteed an text with the following expression

    ="fromW & [start date]&"to"&[end date]

    this works a treat
