    Unanswered: VISUAL EXPLAIN ERROR - Error DBA3065E

    Hi guys,

    I"m getting error DBA3065E when I try to generate a 'Visual Explain Plan'.

    The error rises everytime, even when I try to generate the plan, for a simple 'select * from cust' command.

    The error rises, for both CC and Command Editor.

    Environment :
    DB Version - DB2 v9.7.0.4", "s110330", "IP23236", and Fix Pack "4".
    Client Version - DB2 v9.7.500.702 - Build Level - s111017

    Question : How do I fix it ?

    Error description :
    DBA3065E Snapshot cannot be processed due to a CLI error.
    Explanation:
    A CLI error has occurred during snapshot processing. An access plan
    cannot be displayed.

    Check the workaround on this page (to see if it is still relevant):
    IBM IY86427: VISUAL EXPLAIN RETURNS AMBIGUOUS DBA3065E MESSAGE - United States

    Hi,

    I tried the workaround .. but .. now I get another error ..

    Error : [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0125E Function sequence error. SQLSTATE=HY010

    Just to clarify :
    If i try :
    Command #1
    SET CURRENT SCHEMA = schema1;
    select * from shcema1.cust'
    I get --> [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0125E Function sequence error. SQLSTATE=HY010 Error

    Post the mainframe DB2 version, post your client operating-system, client db2-version-and-fixpack
