    Unanswered: Report with 2 subreports

    Good Morning,

I am trying to create a report that reviews the amount of incidents we have per month for a full year and the amount of incidents we have in an area by month in a year. Two seperate reports on the same report.

I have each report working by itself, my problem is linking everything together. The reports I have created are 2 total reports. The columns are January - December and they sum how many incidents of a specific type are created in that month. At the very end I have a total column.

I am wanting the users to be able to define a time period in which they want the report ran. The issue is on my two sub reports I have to create a where clause to specify the dates, and you cannot link the where clause with child/master.

Also I cannot put the Date as an expression, that would end up messing up the query.

Is there a way to link these together that I'm not aware of?

    Thanks for your help.

    I'm using access 2010
